Telephone advice is only offered to patients registered as GP at London W1 members. There is no charge for telephone advice given for follow-up queries following a consultation. An appointment is usually advised for new problems but if the patient specifies a preference for a telephone consultation, this may be chargeable.
Most blood test results are available within 24-48 hours and patients will be contacted regarding their results. Following a periodic medical, patients will receive a comprehensive medical report including test results and recommendations.
Some insurance companies, especially International or American policies, will cover General Practice services. When GP services aren't covered, the policy will often cover any further tests or investigations required.
Repeat prescriptions can be collected from the practice during normal working hours or can be posted to you first class. If necessary, prescriptions can be called through to a pharmacy for collection.
The practice has full disabled access.
